We follow the below-stated business principles and practices to ensure the presence of ethics, transparency, fairness, and clarity in the work we do:

​The Management, staff, and anyone representing Civil & Co,

  • Will act with honesty and integrity, including ethically handling actual or apparent conflicts of interest between their personal relationships or financial or commercial interests and their responsibilities to Civil & Co,

  • Promote full, fair, accurate, timely, and understandable disclosure in all reports and documents that Civil & Co files with, or submits to, authorities or otherwise makes public,

  • Comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to Civil & Co,

  • Report known or suspected violations of this code of ethics promptly,

  • Ensure that their actions comply not only with the statement but the spirit of this code of ethics and foster a culture in which Civil & Co operates in compliance with the law and Civil & Co policies.

 

Civil & Co will take appropriate disciplinary action against any such officer who acts in contravention of these principles.
